Per-state legal templates and faster offline sync

  • Added per-state legal language templates for the report cover page (NY, NJ, CA, TX, MA, IL).
  • Offline sync now batches photos in 4 MB chunks, cutting reconnect time by ~60% on 4G.
  • AI confidence scores now appear inline in the inspector review flow, not just on hover.
  • Fixed: voice notes recorded in landscape mode could lose orientation metadata. They no longer do.
v 4.11March 14, 2026

Move-in / move-out diff view

  • New diff view in the property dashboard: side-by-side comparison of move-in vs. move-out condition tiers, photo by photo.
  • Owner delivery now supports custom watermarks on enterprise plans.
  • SCIM provisioning beta available for Okta and Azure AD customers — contact your CSM to enable.
  • Performance: report generation P95 dropped from 8.2s to 3.1s on 50+ photo reports.
v 4.10February 4, 2026

Tenant flag-and-attach

  • Tenants can now flag any line item before delivery closes, attach their own photos, and add a written note. The flag is preserved in the published report.
  • Added webhook event: report.disputed.
  • New API endpoint: GET /v1/reports/{id}/audit-log returns the full append-only trail in JSON.
  • Fixed: in rare cases the verification URL hash check could 404 for reports older than 18 months. Backfilled.
v 4.9December 12, 2025

Frankfurt data residency

  • Launched EU data residency: customers can elect to have inspection data live in Frankfurt with no transatlantic transfer.
  • Added German and Spanish localization for the tenant-facing report viewer.
  • Inspector mobile app now supports Apple Pencil annotations on photos (iPad only).
v 4.8October 22, 2025

AI provenance on every line

  • Every line in the report now records its AI provenance: which photos drafted it, the model version, and the inspector decision (accepted / edited / rejected).
  • New report section: AI Provenance Summary, optional, off by default.
  • Removed: the legacy "quick mode" capture flow has been retired. Customers using it have been migrated to standard capture.
